Both the Canadian and Ontario governments are committed to assisting students in obtaining financial support for tuition, book fees, living expenses, transportation costs, and child care fees. The Graduation Rate is calculated from data submitted and audited by PCC thrice a year. The remaining four KPIs are calculated from the surveys taken from the graduates and their employers. Moreover, the ministry also calculate OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program) loan default rate approved for PCC to accept students assisted by OSAP
